"After 10yr absence from Motorcycle ownership and riding I walked in to Aroura Suzuki on July 20th 1983 on my 40th birthday to buy an early midlife crisis present! I road that new GSt model 252,000 miles before putting it on it's center-stand in full retirement. "This is a little late but... A couple of years ago I went down with my original motorcycle, the SV650 SF and was just looking. Mike suggested that I could maybe upgrade to a GSXR 600. I hadn't been looking to purchase, but I got very friendly, personalized service. The guys at the shop went way out of there way to get me financed and stayed late to finish everything up and get me what I needed. Is always a very relaxed environment and there is no pressure. They're just around too help. I had a fantastic experience and got hooked up with a bike I didn't think I'd have a shot at getting. Mike took the time to go over my situation and found a way to make it work for me. Awesome work guys!"

"I thought I would enter comments here since my good review on Yelp was filtered off among 14 other good reviews. It seems only the 2 star reviews are making it to the site. Just wanted to say I was offered a great deal on a bike, good after purchase responses to my questions and no-pressure sales. Of course folks there want to make a sale. It's a give and take sometimes but very amicable. Also did 3 test rides with no pressure before purchasing my new V-strom. "

"I dealt with Mike and Tim. They worked with me to find the right bike for my budget and preferences and never once did I feel pressured or intimidated as is common in some sales situations. Mike is a good and honest buisnessman and Tim plays backup in the same way. They have gone out of their way to make my purchas experience as hassle-free as possible and even delivered my bike to my place. The price was fair and if I ever upgrade, I'm going to them again."

"For six years I lived close to Aurora Suzuki and utilized them as my main bike shop. I've bought three bikes and hundreds of dollars in parts, and even though I now live in Bellevue, I still buy much of my equipment through them. Randy and Mike ask me when I am going to pick up an '11 GSX-R750--truth is Suzukis are such reliable machines I have no desire to replace my 30k-miled '06.
Parts department has some stand-up characters, but who really stands out is Joe. Knows my name and my bikes."

"Purchasing my '07 DL1000 from the guys at Aurora Suzuki was a great experience. I received a deal that was more than fair, and they were always pleasent, professional, helpful, and patient with me. This bike had a top bag that I didn't want, and we agreed that it would be omitted. I didn't realize at the time that the aluminum structure aft of the seat was missing from underneath the top bag. Mike and the guys happened to have one slightly used, and threw it in, somewhat of a $250 value to me. I would not hesitate to deal with them again."

As a member of the Suzuki Owners Club, I have the chance to work with many dealerships, I would shop here again.
Had to find a hens tooth - this part did not even exist in the parts diagram for the bike.
Not only did they have it in stock, I was told they keep 1 (it was not old stock).
When I was there their parts manager saw my shield release was missing on my Arai Helmet - he recognized the model and ordered the parts, under warranty, without any drama.
When the parts came in I got a phone call, and they installed them on the spot.

"I must say Aurora Suzuki has to have the most experienced sales Associates out of almost all the dealerships in the greater Seattle area. I was helped by Darrell Fisk, who greeted me with a hand shake and by asking me what type of Bike I ride, which is a 2003 SV650S. Even before that, right as I passed through the front doors I was greeted with a smile and a friendly how are you what can I help you with today? I went in to buy a pair of boots. As a new rider I have been all over trying to get some help I have been to two other places off of HWY 99 in North Lynnwood and both places there was no one who would help me find what I needed, all I wanted was for someone to help me on Helmet fitting and Boot fitting. Every time I told someone I was just looking to see what size I am and pricing because I couldn’t buy right now I was told they run true to size. No one had me step into a boot to see my real size. I told Darrell I wanted to find boots he showed me 5 different styles and had me try on a pair for sizing.. He talked to me about Chine wax, Oil, every question, stupid as it may have been he answered right away. I was very very pleased with my experience at Aurora Suzuki and will definitely buy all my bike needs and my new bike from them with out a thought.

It can be difficult when purchasing items to be sent to Alaska, but the Staff at Aurora Suzuki were knowledgable, experienced and very friendly over the phone. This was a "starter" bike for me, I have not ridden in 20yrs but will definitely return to Aurora Suzuki when I feel it's time to upgrade. I will also look for Aurora Suzuki first, for parts and other accessories. All because of the great job they did, in my first motorcycle purchase in over 20yrs. Thanks again!
